The Car Sales Executive is responsible for selling vehicles, building relationships with customers, and providing an excellent buying experience. The role includes guiding customers through the purchase process, promoting the dealership's products, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and interact with customers visiting the showroom
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles
Present vehicle features, specifications, and financing options
Arrange test drives and demonstrate vehicle functionalities
Negotiate sales terms, process bookings, and complete paperwork
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Follow up with leads and maintain customer database
Provide after-sales support and maintain long-term customer relationships
Coordinate with the finance, insurance, and service teams
Keep up-to-date with the latest car models, features, and promotions
Qualifications
Graduate / Diploma (any discipline; automotive knowledge is a plus)
1-3 years of experience in car sales or automotive retail (freshers with strong communication skills may be considered)
