Job Description

Customer Engagement:

Greeting customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and guiding them through the vehicle selection process.

Product Knowledge:

Maintaining a thorough understanding of vehicle features, specifications, and competitive models.

Demonstrations and Test Drives:

Providing informative demonstrations of vehicle features and conducting test drives to showcase performance.

Negotiation and Closing:

Negotiating prices and terms of sale, addressing customer concerns, and finalizing sales transactions.

Post-Sale Follow-up:

Ensuring customer satisfaction after the sale, addressing any issues, and encouraging repeat business and referrals.

Sales Process Management:

Completing necessary paperwork, coordinating with the finance department, and maintaining customer records.

Sales Targets:

Meeting or exceeding individual and team sales goals.

Staying Updated:

Continuously learning about new vehicle models, technologies, and sales techniques.

Promotional Activities:

Participating in dealership events and promotions to attract new customers.

Teamwork:

Collaborating with other sales team members and dealership staff to achieve overall sales objectives.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
