Job Summary
The Sales Consultant is responsible for selling Honda passenger vehicles by understanding customer needs, explaining vehicle features, arranging test drives, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end sales experience while meeting assigned targets.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and identify their car-buying requirements
Explain Honda car models, variants, features, pricing, and offers
Conduct test drives and vehicle demonstrations
Generate and follow up on leads from walk-ins, enquiries, and referrals
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Support customers with booking, documentation, and vehicle delivery
Coordinate with finance, insurance, and registration teams
Maintain customer data and follow-up records in CRM systems
Ensure customer satisfaction and handle post-sales follow-ups
Participate in showroom events, promotions, and marketing campaigns
Maintain showroom appearance and product knowledge
Required Qualifications & Skills
Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Diploma / Any Degree
Experience in car sales or automobile industry preferred
Strong communication skills in Malayalam and English
Good negotiation and customer-handling skills
Basic computer and CRM knowledge
Willingness to work weekends and flexible hours
Valid driving license (mandatory for test drives)
Experience
0-4 years of experience in automobile sales
Freshers with strong communication skills may apply
