Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Welcome customers to the showroom and understand their vehicle requirements. Explain car features, specifications, pricing, and finance/insurance options clearly. Conduct test drives and ensure an excellent customer experience. Follow up with leads received through calls, walk-ins, and online enquiries. Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales effectively. Coordinate with the finance, insurance, and delivery teams for smooth processing. Maintain sales records, customer data, and update CRM. Achieve monthly sales targets set by the management. Participate in promotional events, roadshows, and marketing campaigns. Build long-term customer relationships to generate repeat and referral sales.

Skills & Qualifications



Good communication and convincing skills. Strong product knowledge or willingness to learn quickly. Customer-friendly attitude and confident presentation skills. Ability to work under targets and handle multiple customers effectively. Basic computer skills Experience in automobile sales is an added advantage, but freshers with interest in car sales can also apply.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
