Required Qualifications and Skills



Experience & Education:

Proven work experience (often

1-2

) as a Sales Executive, Sales Representative, or relevant role. Track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas. A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is often preferred but not always required if experience is strong.

Core Sales Skills:

Exceptional

negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.

Strong

communication

(verbal and written), presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Commercial awareness

and business acumen. Excellent

time management, planning, and organizational

skills.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (

CRM

) software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar productivity tools.

Personal Attributes (Soft Skills):

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.

High degree of

resilience

and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. A professional and charismatic demeanor for building client rapport.
