We are looking for energetic and customer-focused

Sales Consultants

to join our team at Incheon Kia, Palakkad. The role is ideal for both experienced professionals and freshers with strong communication skills and confidence in sales.

Key Responsibilities



Engage with customers and understand their car buying needs Explain vehicle features, specifications, and benefits clearly Conduct test drives and provide product demonstrations Achieve monthly sales targets and dealership objectives Build and maintain long-term customer relationships Ensure smooth documentation and delivery process Coordinate with the finance and insurance team for customer support

Requirements



0-7 years of experience

in automobile sales or customer service

Freshers with good communication skills & confidence in sales are welcome

Graduate/Diploma holders in any discipline Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills Passion for cars and customer service Ability to work in a target-driven environment Local market knowledge will be an added advantage
