Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicle models and variants.
Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, offers, and finance options.
Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives professionally.
Negotiate prices and close sales within dealership guidelines.
Booking & Delivery
Complete booking formalities and ensure proper documentation.
Coordinate with finance, insurance, accessories, and registration departments.
Ensure timely vehicle delivery and customer satisfaction at the time of handover.
Explain vehicle usage, warranty, and service schedule during delivery.
Lead Management & Follow-ups
Maintain and update customer data in CRM/DMS.
Follow up on leads, quotations, and pending bookings.
Ensure regular post-sales follow-up and relationship building.
Target Achievement
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Push add-on sales such as insurance, extended warranty, accessories, and finance.
Participate in dealership promotions, events, and outdoor marketing activities.
Compliance & Reporting
Adhere to OEM and dealership processes and ethical sales practices.
Prepare daily sales reports and pipeline updates.
Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professional conduct.
