As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying prospective customers, building relationships, and closing deals. You'll represent our products/services in the market, hit sales targets, and help scale our market presence. This role demands strong communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, approach, and develop new sales opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to drive customer retention & upsell opportunities.
Present, demonstrate, and promote our products/services to prospective clients, both virtually and in-person.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, conduct negotiations, and close deals.
Meet and exceed monthly / quarterly / annual sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer support) to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
Maintain records of sales activities, prospect status, forecasts, and customer interactions using CRM tools.
Provide feedback from customers / market regarding product improvements, pricing, competitive landscape, etc.
Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, competition, and industry changes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field and Minimum 2 years experience in sales.
Proven sales experience, ideally in Automobiles Sector
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to persuade, negotiate, and close deals.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Good understanding of sales processes and pipeline management.
Familiarity with CRM software (like Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Willingness to travel / meet clients on field as required.
Rotational offs and 6 days working.
