We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our electric vehicle (EV) products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building relationships with customers and dealers, and promoting sustainable mobility solutions in line with the company's vision.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities for electric vehicles in assigned territory.
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and visiting potential clients or dealerships.
Conduct product demonstrations and test drives for customers.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with individual customers, corporate clients, fleet operators, and government bodies.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional events, exhibitions, and campaigns.
Keep up-to-date with EV market trends, competitor offerings, and government policies/incentives related to electric mobility.
Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent post-sales service coordination.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
2-5 years of sales experience (automotive or EV industry preferred).
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Knowledge of electric vehicles, batteries, and charging infrastructure is an added advantage.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Customer-focused and self-motivated.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
Willingness to travel frequently within assigned territory.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Monthly/quarterly sales volume and revenue.
Customer acquisition and retention rate.
Lead conversion ratio.
Customer satisfaction score (NPS).
