Job Description

Employ customer service and negotiation skills to close used car deals while delivering an optimal sales experience Accompany auto sales customers on test drives that you arrange Engage with customers to understand their requirements and preferences for used vehicles. Provide detailed information about available pre-owned vehicles, including features, benefits, and pricing. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business and referrals. Follow up on leads and potential buyers, guiding them through the sales process. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the dealership. Maintain records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions. Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and customer feedback. Handle the completion of necessary paperwork, including contracts, warranties, and insurance details.
