Key responsibilities

Customer engagement:

Greet customers, build rapport, and use communication skills to understand their wants and needs.

Product knowledge:

Stay up-to-date on new and used car inventory, features, and competitive offerings to effectively match customers with the right vehicles.

Vehicle demonstration:

Conduct walk-arounds, explain features, and take potential customers on test drives.

Sales and negotiation:

Negotiate pricing and financing options to finalize the sale and meet monthly targets.

Sales administration:

Assist customers with completing paperwork and use dealership CRM software to track leads and sales.

Follow-up:

Maintain relationships with past customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Market awareness:

Stay informed about industry trends and competitor sales tactics.
