Job Description

Surface Preparation:

Sanding, filling, and priming surfaces to ensure a smooth and even base for painting.

Color Matching and Mixing:

Accurately matching paint colors or mixing custom shades to achieve the desired finish.

Painting Application:

Using spray guns, brushes, or rollers to apply paint, primer, and clear coats.

Quality Control:

Ensuring the paint finish is of high quality, free from imperfections, and meets customer expectations.

Masking and Protection:

Using masking tape and other protective materials to cover areas not being painted.

Maintenance and Repair:

Maintaining paint booths, tools, and equipment in good working order.

Following Safety Procedures:

Adhering to safety protocols, using protective gear, and working in a safe environment.

Customer Interaction:

Communicating with clients to understand their needs and expectations.

Estimating and Costing:

Calculating paint costs and providing estimates for painting jobs.
