Conduct routine maintenance (oil change, filters, coolant, brake fluid).
Repair or replace defective parts such as brakes, suspension, clutch, battery, belts, hoses, etc.
Service air-conditioning systems and fix cooling issues.
Perform wheel alignment and balancing (if equipped).
3. Engine & Transmission Work
Tune engines for better performance.
Repair or overhaul engines when needed.
Fix manual/automatic transmission issues.
4. Electrical System Repairs
Diagnose and repair wiring problems, fuse issues, alternator faults, and battery charging issues.
Install and repair electrical components like lights, horns, sensors, and accessories.
5. Vehicle Safety Checks
Inspect brakes, tyres, lights, wipers, and suspension for safety compliance.
Ensure vehicles meet emission and safety standards.
6. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain service records and repair logs.
Explain repair details and costs to customers.
Prepare estimates for parts and labour.
7. Customer Interaction
Understand customer concerns.
Provide expert suggestions on repair options.
Ensure customer satisfaction after repair.
8. Tool & Workshop Maintenance
Use tools and equipment safely.
Keep workshop clean and organized.
Ensure tools are maintained and calibrated.
9. Upgrading Skills
Stay updated with latest automotive technologies.
Learn modern systems like ABS, ECU, fuel injection, and hybrid systems.
