Job Title: Car Mechanic / Automobile TechnicianJob Summary

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Car Mechanic to inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain cars and light motor vehicles. The mechanic will ensure vehicles are safe, efficient, and meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Inspect vehicles to identify mechanical, electrical, and technical issues Diagnose problems using diagnostic tools and equipment Repair or replace faulty parts such as engines, brakes, clutches, suspension, and steering systems Perform routine maintenance (oil changes, filter replacements, wheel alignment, etc.) Test vehicles after repair to ensure proper performance Maintain service records and job cards Follow safety procedures and workshop guidelines Communicate repair details and costs clearly with customers or supervisors

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a car mechanic or automobile technician Knowledge of petrol and diesel engines Ability to use diagnostic tools and workshop equipment Understanding of vehicle electrical systems Problem-solving and attention to detail ITI / Diploma in Automobile Engineering (preferred) Valid driving license (preferred)

Experience

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in car servicing or repairs
(Freshers with training can also apply)

Working Conditions

Full-time / Part-time Workshop or service center environment May require standing for long hours

Salary: As per experience and skill Performance incentives Overtime (if applicable)

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
