We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Used & New Car Loan Telecaller to handle customer inquiries, generate quality leads, and convert them into successful loan disbursements. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and hands-on experience in car loan products.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact potential customers via outbound/inbound calls for new and used car loans
Explain loan products, interest rates, EMI options, tenure, and eligibility criteria
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions
Generate and follow up on qualified leads till loan closure
Coordinate with dealers, DSAs, banks/NBFCs, and internal credit teams
Collect and verify customer documents (KYC, income proofs, vehicle details)
Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and disbursement status
Achieve monthly sales targets and conversion ratios
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in new & used car loan sales
Strong knowledge of bank/NBFC car loan processes
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to handle objections and close deals efficiently
Comfortable with tele-calling and CRM systems
Target-driven with a customer-focused approach
Graduate (preferred) / 12th pass with relevant experience
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience in banking, NBFC, or automobile finance sector
Existing dealer or DSA network is an added advantage
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Professional attitude with strong follow-up skills
