Key Responsibilities:

Contact potential customers to explain car insurance policies and benefits Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently Follow up with leads and maintain client relationships Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction Adhere to company guidelines and compliance regulations
Required Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools Persuasive and confident in pitching insurance products Good listening skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Self-motivated and result-oriented
Qualifications:

Minimum 12th pass (Graduation preferred) Basic proficiency in English and Hindi (additional languages a plus) Comfortable working with a headset and computer/laptop from home
Experience:

Minimum 3 months of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or any voice process Experience in insurance or financial products will be an added advantage
