Job Title: MD Driver (Day & Night Shift)Job SummarySeeking a reliable, experienced driver to operate vehicles for medical, delivery, or general transport needs, working rotating day and night shifts to ensure efficient and safe movement of personnel, supplies, or packages, requiring adaptability and strong time management. Key Responsibilities

Transport & Delivery:

Safely drive assigned vehicle (car, ) to transport clients (patients, staff) or deliver time-sensitive items (meds, documents, supplies).

Route Management:

Utilize navigation apps (GPS) and local knowledge to plan optimal routes, avoiding traffic/delays, especially during busy day or quiet night hours.

Vehicle Maintenance:

Conduct daily pre/post-shift checks (fuel, oil, tires, cleanliness), report issues, and arrange for timely repairs.

Schedule Adherence:

Maintain punctuality for pickups and drop-offs, working flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

Record Keeping:

Update mileage logs, delivery records, and fuel consumption reports accurately.

Client Interaction:

Maintain professionalism, courtesy, and confidentiality when interacting with clients, patients, or facility staff.

Loading/Unloading:

Assist with loading and unloading packages or luggage, requiring physical stamina.
Requirements

Valid driver's license for the relevant vehicle class (e.g., Car, Light Commercial) with a clean driving record. Proven driving experience, ideally with exposure to both day and night driving conditions. Strong knowledge of local area, traffic patterns, and road networks. Physical fitness and ability to lift/carry moderate weights. Excellent time management, planning, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and troubleshoot minor issues.
Preferred Skills

Experience in logistics, medical transport, or courier services. Familiarity with route optimization software or company apps. Excellent communication skills (verbal/written) for coordination

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
