The Car Driver is responsible for safely driving company vehicles to transport staff, guests, or materials as required. The driver must maintain the vehicle in good condition, follow all traffic rules, and ensure timely pick-up and drop services.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive company vehicles safely to transport staff, visitors, or goods to assigned destinations.
Ensure the vehicle is always clean, well-maintained, and serviced regularly.
Check oil, fuel, water, and other vehicle fluids daily before driving.
Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel, and maintenance.
Follow all traffic laws, regulations, and company driving policies.
Report any vehicle damage, accident, or malfunction immediately to the supervisor.
Assist with loading and unloading of goods or materials when required.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while dealing with passengers.
Be punctual and available for duty as per company requirements (including weekends or overtime if necessary).
Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum SSLC / 10th pass or equivalent.
Valid driving license (LMV or as required).
Minimum [2-5] years of driving experience.
Good knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations.
Physically fit and alert.
Polite, disciplined, and punctual.
Working Conditions:
May require travel between sites or to outstation locations.
Working hours as per company schedule.
Overtime may be required based on operational needs.
