Greet customers and understand vehicle service or repair requirements
Prepare job cards, explain service estimates, and obtain customer approvals
Coordinate with workshop technicians to ensure timely and quality service delivery
Update customers on service status and delivery timelines
Ensure quality checks and first-time fix completion
Handle customer concerns, feedback, and service follow-ups
Promote value-added services and ensure compliance with OEM standards
Maintain accurate service records in DMS systems
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering preferred
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Service Advisor in a car showroom / dealership
Strong understanding of automobile service processes and customer handling
Experience with DMS and OEM service standards
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
