Roles & Responsibilities:

? Should have a complete knowledge of the food & Beverage Menu
? Should be able to handle a minimum of 40 covers with the help of servers.
? Capable of effectively coordinate and work with juniors.
? Responsible for the section allocated.
? Responsible for taking orders/Serving orders/Settling bills
? Responsible for maintaining positive interaction with guests.
? Responsible for handling guest complaints and escalation wherever required.
? Responsible for the Training of Food runners/Assistant Servers/Senior
Servers/Assistant Captains.
? Responsible for maintaining daily/weekly/Monthly reports checking and
submitting the reports to Restaurant Manager.
? Responsible for Maintaining the Hygiene/ Cleanliness of the restaurant and
guest washrooms.
? Responsible for the Daily Restaurant Opening and Closing checklist.
? Responsible for all maintenance and upkeep of equipment.
? Responsible for maintaining sales analysis reports.
? Responsible for maintaining guests feedback reports and action taken reports.
? Should know the setup and working of all sections in the FOH.
? Responsible for always adhering and implementing all company Policies and
procedures.
? Responsible for Upkeep of Indoor and Outdoor plants.
? Should have a sound knowledge of the SOP.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
