We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic
Restaurant Captain
to lead our service team and ensure an exceptional guest experience at our cafe & restaurant. Candidates with strong knowledge of coffee, brewing methods, and cafe service standards will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily restaurant operations and guide service staff.
Greet guests, manage table reservations, and ensure smooth service flow.
Maintain high standards of customer service and handle guest queries/concerns.
Coordinate between kitchen and service teams for timely order delivery.
Monitor beverage and food presentation quality, especially coffee-based offerings.
Train staff on service etiquette, upselling, and cafe product knowledge.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and adherence to restaurant SOPs.
Requirements:
2-4 years of experience in F&B service, preferably in a cafe or restaurant setup.
Strong knowledge of coffee varieties, brewing techniques, and cafe-style service.
Excellent communication, leadership, and guest-handling skills.
Ability to multitask and maintain a positive service environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
