Staff and team management
Supervise and lead the F&B service team to ensure high standards of service.
Train and orient new team members.
Assign duties and manage daily schedules.
Ensure staff meet hygiene and discipline standards.
Guest service and satisfaction
Greet guests, manage seating and reservations, and assist with orders.
Ensure a positive dining experience by addressing concerns and complaints promptly.
Check with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and beverages.
Handle special requests and dietary needs.
Operational duties
Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
Manage daily operations, including inventory and supplies.
Ensure all equipment, furniture, and table settings are clean, hygienic, and in good working order.
Maintain cleanliness of all work areas and front and back of house.
Process guest bills and payments accurately.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards.
Other responsibilities
Assist in menu planning and updates.
Promote sales through upselling.
Act as a liaison between guests, service staff, and the kitchen.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
