Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Waitress/Server to join our team. Your role will be to ensure guests have a pleasant dining experience by providing excellent service, taking accurate orders, and delivering food and beverages efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner Present menus and offer detailed information when asked (e.g., about ingredients or specials) Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to kitchen staff Serve orders promptly and check on guests to ensure satisfaction Clear and reset tables between customers Process bills and handle payments (cash/card) Follow all food safety and hygiene standards Maintain cleanliness and order in the dining area Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate when necessary Support team members and assist during busy shifts

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Waitress/Server is preferred but not mandatory Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A cheerful and positive attitude with a strong work ethic Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Good memory and attention to detail Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays Basic math and POS system handling skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
