Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests with seating and service.
Supervise service staff and allocate work.
Take and confirm orders, coordinate with the kitchen.
Ensure cleanliness and proper table setup.
Handle guest complaints politely and effectively.
Train and guide new service staff.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience as Captain/Service Supervisor in restaurants.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Strong knowledge of food & beverage service.
Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Hotel Management qualification preferred.
