Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily front-of-house operations.
Ensure prompt, courteous, and efficient customer service.
Manage table assignments, reservations, and guest seating.
Train, guide, and motivate service staff to maintain service excellence.
Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints effectively.
Coordinate with kitchen and cashier teams for seamless service flow.
Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and ambiance standards.
Maintain records of daily operations and report to the cafe manager.
Support in stock management and requisition of service supplies.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred.
2-4 years of experience as a Captain/Team Leader in a cafe or restaurant.
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Positive attitude and ability to handle a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹19,500.00 per month
