Responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of the service staff to ensure excellent guest service, smooth operations, and adherence to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests courteously, ensuring a warm welcome.
Take orders accurately and ensure timely service.
Supervise waiters and stewards, ensuring service standards are maintained.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar for order delivery.
Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally.
Train and guide service staff to improve performance.
Monitor table setup, cleanliness, and overall ambience.
Upsell menu items to maximize revenue.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and service protocols.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar role in hospitality.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Knowledge of F&B service standards and POS systems.
Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.
Pleasing personality and customer-oriented approach.
