Supervise and train food and beverage service staff, including setting schedules, assigning tasks, and evaluating performance.
Work with the kitchen and bar teams to make sure orders are filled on time and accurately.
Address guest requests and complaints quickly and professionally to keep satisfaction high.
Monitor and uphold service standards, including presentation, cleanliness, and following protocols.
Help manage inventory for service supplies by placing orders and keeping track of stock levels.
Handle administrative tasks like managing reservations, logging service reports, and dealing with special requests.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards, including proper handling and storage of food and beverages.
Keep service areas clean and organized, immediately cleaning up spills and disposing of waste properly.
Make sure all waste bins are lined and handle waste safely.
Promote a safety culture by providing training and ensuring the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) when needed.
Identify training and development needs for service staff and provide ongoing coaching and support.
Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback to staff.
Delegate tasks effectively to ensure smooth operations and efficient service delivery.
Conduct performance evaluations and assist with staff development and career growth.
