The Service Captain is responsible for supervising floor operations, leading the service team, ensuring excellent customer experience, and maintaining service standards in the coffee shop.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate service staff during shifts
Ensure smooth table service and customer satisfaction
Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally
Allocate duties and manage staff attendance
Maintain service quality, hygiene, and SOP compliance
Coordinate with kitchen and barista team
Assist in billing, cash handling, and daily reports
Requirements:
1-3 years experience as Captain or Senior Waiter in cafe/restaurant
Good leadership and communication skills
Strong customer-service mindset
Ability to work shifts and handle peak hours
