Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate waitstaff, assigning tables and balancing workloads.
Ensure guests receive prompt, courteous, and professional service.
Resolve guest complaints or concerns efficiently.
Coordinate with the kitchen for timely and accurate food delivery.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the dining area.
Train new staff and monitor performance.
Requirements:
Experience in hospitality or supervisory FOH role.
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
