Job Summary:


The Restaurant Captain oversees front-of-house operations, ensuring excellent guest service, smooth workflow, and coordination between staff and kitchen. They lead the service team, maintain high standards, and enhance the overall dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:



Supervise and coordinate waitstaff, assigning tables and balancing workloads. Ensure guests receive prompt, courteous, and professional service. Resolve guest complaints or concerns efficiently. Coordinate with the kitchen for timely and accurate food delivery. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the dining area. Train new staff and monitor performance.

Requirements:



Experience in hospitality or supervisory FOH role. Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
