Hospitality passout with minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
Key responsibilities
Guest relations:
Greet guests, build rapport, resolve complaints, and ensure guest satisfaction and repeat business.
Staff supervision and training:
Train, supervise, and mentor associates to ensure professional and prompt service.
Operational management:
Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure smooth service flow, manage reservations, oversee table assignments, and ensure timely food and beverage delivery.
Quality control:
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation in the dining area, and enforce compliance with all safety and health regulations.
Sales and revenue:
Promote and upsell menu items and promotions, and manage billing and payments.
Inventory and reporting:
Manage inventory, order supplies when needed, and prepare reports on staff performance and guest feedback.
