Red Rhino - The Brewpub is a buzzing destination known for its craft beers, great food, and vibrant hospitality. We're looking for passionate and energetic Captains to join our service team and deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and seat guests while ensuring excellent customer service.
Supervise and guide service staff (Stewards/Servers) during operations.
Take and serve food & beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and service quality.
Handle guest queries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism.
Assist in daily opening/closing duties and table setups.
Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen, bar, and service team.
Train and motivate junior staff to deliver consistent service.
Requirements
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a Captain/Team Leader role in F&B (brewpubs, restaurants, hotels preferred).
Strong communication and people management skills.
Excellent knowledge of food & beverage service.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
