We are seeking an experienced and service-oriented
Captain
to join our Food & Beverage team. The Captain will be responsible for supervising restaurant operations, managing the service team, and ensuring an exceptional guest dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
Greet guests, take orders, and ensure timely service of food and beverages.
Train, guide, and support stewards and service staff.
Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure accuracy in orders.
Maintain service standards, table setup, and cleanliness in the dining area.
Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally.
Assist in inventory control, stock requisition, and billing.
Support the Restaurant Manager in driving sales and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management preferred.
2-4 years of experience in F&B service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of food and beverages, service techniques, and guest handling.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a customer-first attitude.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
