Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management / Hospitality (preferred)
Fluent in English communication
Experience
3-5 years of experience as a Captain / Senior Steward in a restaurant, cafe, or hotel
Strong background in guest service, team handling, and operations supervision
Key Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent English speaking and guest engagement ability
Strong leadership and team coordination
Knowledge of food service standards, table setup, and order management
Problem-solving attitude and customer-focused approach
Familiar with POS/billing systems and daily reporting
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage floor staff to ensure efficient restaurant operations
Greet and assist guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations
Handle guest queries, complaints, and feedback professionally
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards are maintained
Manage table arrangements, reservations, and daily reports
Train and guide serving staff as per company standards
Note:
