About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Captain to lead restaurant floor operations and ensure exceptional guest service at our hotel. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and hands-on service experience in a hotel environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise stewards and manage daily floor operations
Ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction
Coordinate with kitchen and front office teams
Handle guest feedback and service recovery
Maintain hygiene, grooming, and service SOPs
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 1-4 years of experience as Captain / Senior Waiter in a hotel or reputed restaurant
Hotel or Hospitality background preferred
Good communication and team-handling skills
Well-groomed and professional appearance
