Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership:
Manages, trains, and mentors the service staff, including waiters and bussers.
Guest Management:
Serves as the primary point of contact for guests, handling advanced reservations, special requests, and promptly resolving complaints.
Operational Oversight:
Ensures all service procedures are followed, the dining area is set up correctly, and that food and drinks are delivered to guests in a timely manner.
Quality Control:
Monitors the service quality, upselling techniques, and hygiene standards.

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
