Job description:
Supervising and training F&B service Team members.
Conducting pre-shift briefings and providing guidance to the team.
Enforcing company policies and procedures, and ensuring adherence to service standards.
Organizing duty rosters and managing staffing levels.
Greeting and seating guests, managing reservations.
Taking orders and ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages.
Addressing guest complaints and resolving issues.
Presenting final bills and handling payments.
Suggesting menu items and upselling to enhance the dining experience.
Ensuring the dining area is clean, well-maintained, and inviting.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
