Job Description

Supervise and lead the service team to deliver high-quality service to guests. Ensure timely and accurate order taking, serving, and billing. Maintain service standards, presentation, and hygiene according to company policies. Train, motivate, and evaluate service staff performance. Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally to ensure satisfaction. Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth operations. Monitor inventory and supplies in the service area. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards. Assist in preparing duty rosters and managing shift schedules.
