Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing the overall day-to-day operations at the restaurant
Monitoring & ensuring operations run smoothly.
Organizing the duty roster of service staff.
Come up with innovative ideas for generating targeted sales and menu planning.
To implement food and beverage service standards and follow the standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Supervise and guide service staff during shifts.
Take and confirm orders accurately, ensuring smooth coordination with the kitchen and bar.
Check food and beverage quality before serving.
Handle guest complaints politely and resolve them quickly.
Train and motivate the service team.
Ensure bills are accurate and handle payments when required.
Skills & Qualities Needed:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a fine-dining restaurant as a Captain.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Polite, presentable, and customer-focused.
Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
Good knowledge of food, wines, and service etiquette.
Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
