Job Responsibilities:

Mentor students in

capstone projects

across domains (IT, Data Science, AI, ML, Software Development, Analytics, etc.). Help students in

project selection, problem statement definition

, and scope finalization. Guide learners through

project planning, design, development, testing, and deployment

. Provide support on

tools, technologies, and frameworks

relevant to the project domain. Conduct regular

review meetings

and track project milestones. Assist students with

documentation

(SRS, design documents, reports, presentations). Support learners in

debugging, optimization, and performance improvement

. Prepare students for

project reviews, evaluations, and viva/presentations

. Ensure projects meet

academic and industry standards

.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong hands-on experience in

software development / data analytics / AI / ML

(any one or more domains). Good understanding of

SDLC and project management practices

. Ability to guide

end-to-end project execution

. Excellent communication, mentoring, and problem-solving skills. Prior experience as a

project mentor or trainer

preferred. Knowledge of

real-world use cases and industry practices

.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Experience mentoring

final-year engineering / degree students

. Ability to handle multiple student projects simultaneously. Patient, supportive, and result-oriented mentoring approach. Flexible with schedules (weekdays/weekends).

Remuneration:

Competitive pay (project-based / hourly), based on experience.

Pay: ?500.00 - ?550.00 per hour
