Job Profile Capital Market Dealer-ECM

Location : Mumbai

Salary : Best in Industry

Experience : Min 3+ years of Broking Firms

Preferred : Immediate Joiners

Responsibilities:

- Work with the ECM team to execute various capital markets transactions, including IPOs, FOs, and private placements.

- Assist with the preparation of marketing materials, such as investor presentations, prospectuses, and offering memorandums.

- Conduct industry and company research to support the transaction process.

- Assist with the due diligence process, including the review of financial statements and other relevant documents.

- Work with legal and accounting advisors to ensure compliance with securities regulations and corporate governance requirements.

- Collaborate with other teams within the firm, such as investment banking, equity research, and investor relations, to ensure a successful transaction process.

- Support ongoing investor relations efforts by providing regular updates on the company\'s performance and financial results.

Requirements:

- Chartered Accountant with a proven track in Capital Markets .

- 3+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, equity research, or corporate finance.

- Strong understanding of financial markets, securities regulations, and corporate finance.

- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to perform in-depth financial analysis and modeling.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing materials and presentations.

- Highly motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
