Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Create and modify technical drawings using CAPITAL software Develop detailed drawings for electrical and electronic systems, including schematics, diagrams, and layouts Ensure that designs meet industry standards and customer requireme nts Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project specifications and requirements Communicate design ideas and technical information effectively with team members and customers Review and evaluate drawings for acc uracy and completeness Participate in design reviews and provide feedback to improve designs Maintain organized and up-to-date d ocumentation for all designs and drawings Continuously improve drawing and design processes to increase efficiency and qualityReq uirements: Bachelor-s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field 3+ years of experience in designing and drafting electrical and electronic systems Proficiency in CAPITAL software or other similar electrical design software Strong technical and pro blem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work Knowledge of industry standards and regulations for electrical and electronic systemsPreferred: Professional Engineer (PE) license Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles and tools
