Role: Graduate Trainee / Associate Engineer

This is an excellent opportunity for fresh technical graduates (2025 passouts) looking to build a strong foundation in IT while working with one of the world's leading technology companies.

Eligibility Criteria

? Must be a Technical Graduate (B.Tech / B.E / BSc IT / BCA / MCA)

? 2025 pass-outs only

? Female candidates only

? Must be from North India or willing to relocate to Gurugram immediately

? Strong conceptual understanding of Java or Python

? Excellent communication and learning ability

Key Responsibilities

Work on live projects under the guidance of experienced mentors. Participate in training programs related to the assigned technology. Assist in designing, coding, testing, and debugging applications. Support development and automation tasks using Java/Python frameworks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions. Document development processes, architecture, and standard operating procedures.

Required Skills

Strong understanding of programming fundamentals (OOPS, Data Structures, Algorithms). Basic understanding of databases, SDLC, and software testing concepts. Ability to adapt to new tools, frameworks, and technologies. Good analytical and problem-solving approach. Team-oriented mindset with willingness to learn and grow.

Compensation: ?4,00,000 - ?5,00,000 LPA
