Job Description

Role and Responsibilities:

oTimely booking of Invoices into SAP and close the books of accounts on monthly basis and transfer the cost related to preoperative cost for the WIP Projects.

oCapitalization of assets are done from the date of Project handover and after audit certification completed.

oFollow up and conducting the Fixed asset tagging with the Assetrak solutions private limited (Service provider for Asset tagging) for the all existing outlets and for the new outlets opened in current financial year and get the reconciliation reports for the deviations.

oPreparing payment sheet for All the Contractors and Capex & Opex Material Vendors and ensure that all payment request has been raised as per PO and against invoices after duly verifying with Vendor Ledger statements with our books of accounts and submit to AP team for the payment.

oVerifying the Audit Reports with BOQ rates and Auditor Certified quantities with measurement books, and we are issuing debit notes to vendors/receiving credit notes from Vendors for the Rate and Quantity differences, Calculation mistakes and for other negotiations in Loading and unloading amounts.

oAsset Transferring, writing off, Scrap Sale and maintaining the movement of Assets and posting the related entries into the books of accounts.

oMaintaining and finalize the Fixed asset register in the books of accounts and Depreciation re-computation for the entire financial year.

oPreparation CWIP movement schedules as per the balance sheet requirements.

oVerifying, booking and preparing payment requisition sheet for Project staff monthly expense reimbursements and submit to AP team for the payment.

oMaintaining Invoice Master Data for the Invoices submitted to Capex finance from Capex Procurement.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
