We are looking for a talented, creative, and detail-oriented

Junior Video Editor

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for crafting compelling visual stories and a deep understanding of editing techniques that engage and captivate audiences across various social media platforms, with a strong focus on Instagram and YouTube.

About You

: You're a master of storytelling through video, with top-notch editing skills and a keen eye for detail. You're proficient with

Capcut, VN Editor

(or similar tools), and you thrive in a remote work environment, managing your time like a pro while delivering outstanding results.

Responsibilities:

Edit raw footage to create high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing videos for YouTube and other social media channels Collaborate with the creative team, including social media managers, to ensure the final product aligns with the intended vision Select the most appropriate footage, music, sound effects, and graphics to enhance the storytelling and overall impact of the video Optimize videos for different social media platforms, considering aspect ratios, length, and platform-specific requirements Incorporate motion graphics, animations, and special effects to elevate the production value of the videos Ensure proper synchronization of audio and video elements, and perform color correction and audio mixing as needed Manage and organize digital assets, including footage, project files, and final deliverables Adhere to project deadlines and work efficiently under pressure to deliver high-quality videos on schedule Stay up-to-date with the latest video editing techniques, software, and trends in the Instagram, YouTube and social media landscape

Requirements:

Freshers

right out college or people having

experience less than a year

of professional video editing experience, preferably for YouTube or other social media platforms Excellent editing skills and a keen eye for visual storytelling Proficiency in mobile video editing software such as

Capcut

or similar tools. In-depth knowledge of YouTube and other major social media trends, including video specifications and best practices Understanding of basic color theory and audio mixing principles Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently and collaboratively Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Creative problem-solving skills and a willingness to experiment with new editing techniques and styles
