Job Description



The Capability Specialist - Sales will have a strong understanding of CRM practices, Sales force capability and functionality, and have demonstrable experience of providing BAU support to a diverse user base. The candidate should be ADM201 certified or working towards certification.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Frontline user support case management
  • Develop and implement end user training and documentation
  • Undertake basic administration such as user management, report writing and dashboard creation
  • Manage and deliver local business sponsored improvement projects
  • Ensure accuracy of client and prospect information through regular data cleansing
  • Drive CRM Governance and best practice
  • Liaise closely with external parties including Sales force and partner organisations to support enhancements and issue resolution
  • Integration project support


Desired Skills, Experience and Qualifications
  • Demonstrable experience within Salesforce.com Administration
  • Proven ability to successfully manage multiple concurrent tasks/projects that deliver value in a fast-paced environment
  • Good Sales force platform knowledge, ideally with experience of Pardot Marketing Automation
  • Experience of working within the development of a CRM environment and launching new innovations
  • Excellent communication skills and good attitude
  • Ability to challenge, make decisions and prioritise
  • Great interpersonal skills and ability to deal with all levels of management & staff
  • Results focused with ability to work under pressure, to deadlines and without constant supervision
