Job Description
Job Title: CAPA- TPC
Experience: 3-6 years
Location: Mysore
:
- Review complaint records in ancillary systems for relevant information related to the allegation
- Identify and escalate cases as needed
- Add appropriate complaint coding
- Complete decision trees for reportability decisions
- Handle domestic vigilance reporting (MDRs)
- Manage global vigilance reporting (MIRs)
- Close reportable and non-reportable complaints
- Medical domain experience preferred (no automotive domain)
- Experience in CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) is required
