Opening is within the CAO Chief Data Analytics Office team in Mumbai which forms part of the Corporate Finance LOB within GF&BM India. The CAO Chief Data and Analytics Office team is responsible for the overall data strategy and governance across the firms CAO functions. This function supports Global Site Services and Supplier Services, Global Security & Investigations, Global Real Estate, Amenities Services, Global Business & Document Services and CAO Strategic Initiatives. Our team's mission is to help our organization manage our data assets and associated data risks and find the best solutions to surface insights from our data, in an effort to drive new business insights, enhance analytics, and streamline reporting. In doing so, CAO Automation Solutions Hub drives efficiencies by automating manual processes.

CAO Automation Solutions Hub is a critical team that conducts process deep dives, reviews ideas to design, develops and deploys scalable automation solutions by leveraging intelligent automation solutions. Key focus of the Hub is to customize firm-wide intelligent automation capabilities to deploy cost effective modules impacting execution velocity, enhancing controls and ROI.

Job Responsibilities / Role:

• Understand process related manual touchpoints, design future state, develop, test and deploy
• Rapid prototyping and disciplined software development leveraging firmwide solutions
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, plan and communicate deployment strategies and future state
• Identify potential to scale opportunities and implement effective automation solution
• Communicate strategies and objectives with relevant departments and colleagues
• Ensure automation implementation is compliant as per company policy
• Manage E2E projects in adherence to the Hub's governance and execution model (tollgate adherence)
• Collaborate with business, technology teams, controls partners to ensure calibrated delivery
• Demonstrate innovation with the ability to translate the concept into a visual

Technical / Functional Skills Required:

• Expert with hands-on experience in development (must have) - intelligent automation solutions: Python (selenium, django, pandas, numpy, win32com, tkinter, PDF/OCR libraries, exchange connections, API connectivity), UI Path (attended & unattended), Alteryx (advanced), Pega and Unqork.
• Advanced hands-on experience - Tableau, QlikView & SharePoint
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office with proficiency in MS Excel, MS Access & MS PowerPoint
• Project Life Cycle experience and exposure to autonomously execute projects
• Exposed to a matrix reporting organization
• Highly analytical with the ability to prepare senior management reports
• Working with Visio Professional - translate process steps into process map / SIPOC
• Strong negotiation skills & confident with strong decision-making ability
• Manage roadblocks, multi-task and eye for detail
• Self-motivated to drive projects single handedly with curious & creative mindset ensuring calibration
• Excellent presentation & communications skills - written and verbal
• Passionate, Humble, Dedicated, Committed and Accountability

Qualification-

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or any related field
• Project Management Certification (good to have)

Experience:

• 3+ years' experience in technology development, strong problem-solving abilities, project management, roadblock management & solutioning.
