Oversee daily operations of the hospital canteen
Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety standards are strictly followed
Manage kitchen staff and duty schedules
Coordinate food preparation for patients, staff, and visitors
Monitor inventory, supplies, and vendor coordination
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and FSSAI norms
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly
Requirements:
Knowledge of hospital food service standards
Good communication and team management skills
Ability to work in shifts
Prior experience in hospital or institutional catering is an added advantage
