We are looking for an experienced and customer-oriented
Canteen Manager
to oversee daily operations of our staff canteen and ensure a high standard of food, hygiene, and service.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day canteen operations including menu planning, food preparation, and service.
Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and compliance with health & safety regulations.
Supervise kitchen & service staff, including shift scheduling and training.
Monitor food inventory, place orders, and control wastage/cost.
Maintain quality standards similar to a 5-Star hotel environment.
Handle vendor relationships and negotiate with suppliers.
Ensure customer satisfaction, address feedback, and improve services.
Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports on consumption, cost, and staff performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or equivalent preferred.
5+ years of experience in canteen / kitchen operations, ideally from 5-Star hotels or corporate catering.
Strong knowledge of FSSAI norms, food safety, and hygiene practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and time-management skills.

Pay: ₹8,874.05 - ₹35,465.22 per month
