Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day canteen operations efficiently
Supervise kitchen and service staff, including duty scheduling
Ensure food quality, taste, and hygiene standards are consistently maintained
Monitor stock levels and manage inventory, procurement, and vendor coordination
Control costs, reduce wastage, and maintain profitability
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dining area, and storage areas
Prepare daily sales, expense, and stock reports for management
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Canteen Manager or in a similar food service role
Strong leadership and staff management skills
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen operations
Basic understanding of billing, inventory, and expense management
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
